Southview Cougars (Sylvania, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Northview Wildcats (Sylvania, OH), 5-3 in a league battle.

The Cougars now have a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Perrysburg for a Region 1 battle on Tuesday, April 19. Southview will clash with a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 12-4 league loss to Avon (Avon, OH). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 5-3.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs (Olmsted Falls, OH) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 16. Northview will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record.
