The Sandies now sport a 15-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palo Duro for a 5A Region I District 3 match on Tuesday, April 19. Amarillo will face a Dons squad coming off a 22-1 league loss to Tascosa (Amarillo, TX). The Dons record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, Caprock falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Plainview (Plainview, TX) to face the Bulldogs in a 5A Region I District 3 match on Tuesday, April 19. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 9-8. Plainview lost 8-4 in their recent league match against Randall (Amarillo, TX)
