Arizona High School Softball - Mountain Ridge bounces Boulder Creek

April 14, 2022: Anthem, AZ 85086

The Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ) softball routed the host Boulder Creek Jaguars (Anthem, AZ), 15-3 in Thursday's league bout.

The Mountain Lions (9-12) will now prepare for their bout against Liberty (Peoria, AZ). The Lions go into the 6A Desert Valley bout with a 4-19 record. In their last bout, Liberty was routed by Tucson High Magnet School (Tucson, AZ), 17-5, in a non-league bout.

The Jaguars now possess a 13-11 record. They play next when they host South Mountain for a non-league bout on Monday, April 18. Boulder Creek will confront a Jaguars squad coming off a 22-0 league loss to Maryvale (Phoenix, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-14.
