Utah High School Softball - Brighton bounces Highland

The crowd at Thursday's league match between the Brighton Bengals (Salt Lake City, UT) and the host Highland Rams (Salt Lake City, UT), saw Brighton's softball squad nip Highland by a count of 12-6.

The Bengals now sport a 5-9 record. They take the field next when they host Murray for a 5A Region 6 match on Tuesday, April 19. Brighton will face a Spartans squad coming off a 19-8 league win over Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT). The Spartans record now stands at 7-8.
