Tennessee High School Softball - Community bounces Cascade

The Community Vikings/Viqueens (Unionville, TN) softball routed the host Cascade Champions (Wartrace, TN), 9-3 in Thursday's league bout.
The Vikings/Viqueens (4-6) will now prepare for their bout against Hickman County (Centerville, TN). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 0-9 record. In their last bout, Hickman County was routed by Zion Christian Academy (Columbia, TN), 11-1, in a non-league bout.
The Champions now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Grundy County for a 2A District 7 bout on Tuesday, April 19. Cascade will confront a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to South Pittsburg (South Pittsburg, TN). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-8.
