The Eastlake Falcons softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Montwood Rams to 10 in the Falcons league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Eastlake improves its record to 8-15 on the year. The Falcons host Socorro (El Paso, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 6A Region I District 1 game on Tuesday, April 19. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 20-9. Socorro lost 7-2 in their recent league game against Eastwood (El Paso, TX)

In their next game, the Rams clash with the Pebble Hills Spartans (El Paso, TX) in a 6A Region I District 1 game, on Tuesday, April 19. Montwood will attempt to improve on its 15-17 season record. The Spartans come into the game with a 24-10 record after their 12-2 league loss to Americas (El Paso, TX).
