The La Center Wildcats softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Seton Catholic Cougars to 7 in the Wildcats league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, La Center improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Columbia (White Salmon, WA) to clash with the Bruins in a 1A Trico game on Tuesday, April 19. The Bruins come into the game with a record of 8-1. Columbia lost 15-5 in their recent league game against Castle Rock (Castle Rock, WA)
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Hudson's Bay Eagles (Vancouver, WA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 20. Seton Catholic will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
