The Weaver Bearcats softball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Ohatchee Indians to 3 in the Bearcats league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Weaver moves its record to 15-11 on the year. The Bearcats travel to Fayetteville (Sylacauga, AL) to clash with the Wolves in a non-league game on Friday, April 15. The Wolves come into the game with a record of 14-10. Fayetteville won 12-0 in their recent non-league game against Talladega (Talladega, AL)
In their next game, the Indians clash with the Saks Wildcats (Anniston, AL) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 18. Ohatchee will attempt to move on its 7-11 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 2-19 record after their 11-10 league loss to Wellborn (Anniston, AL).
