The Rye Cove Eagles softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Twin Springs Titans to 1 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Rye Cove improves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Thomas Walker (Ewing, VA) to clash with the Pioneers in a Cumberland game on Wednesday, April 20. The Pioneers come into the game with a record of 2-1.
In their next game, the Titans clash with the Castlewood Blue Devils (Castlewood, VA) in a Cumberland game, on Tuesday, April 19. Twin Springs will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
