The Gaylesville Trojans baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Skyline Vikings to 0 in the Trojans non-league victory on Friday.
The Trojans (15-10) will now prepare for their match against Skyline (Scottsboro, AL). The Vikings go into the non-league match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Skyline was overwhelmed by Valley Head (Valley Head, AL), 7-4, in a league challenge.
With the defeat, Skyline falls to 3-9 on the season. The Vikings host Gaylesville (Gaylesville, AL) to battle the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 14.
