The Pickens Dragons baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the host Lumpkin County Indians to 1 in the Dragons league victory on Friday.
The Dragons (24-4) will now prepare for their match against Shiloh (Snellville, GA). The Generals go into the non-league match with a 4-19 record.
The Indians (19-7) will now prepare for their match against Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Wolves go into the 3A Area 7 match with a 14-8 record. In their last match, Wesleyan was edged by West Hall (Oakwood, GA), 8-2, in a league match.
