The Manchester Valley Mavericks baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Winters Mill Falcons to 3 in the Mavericks league victory on Friday.
The Mavericks (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Glenelg (Glenelg, MD). The Gladiators go into the non-league match with a 9-2 record.
The Falcons (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Westminster (Westminster, MD). The Owls go into the Carroll County Athletic match with a 4-7 record. In their last match, Westminster by Liberty (Sykesville, MD), 13-0, in a league match.
