Illinois High School Baseball - Watseka loses to Salt Fork

The Watseka Warriors baseball team (Watseka, IL), was overwhelmed 13-1 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL)

The Storm now hold a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Schlarman for a Vermilion Valley outing on Monday, April 17. Salt Fork will confront a Hilltoppers team coming off a 11-0 league loss to Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman (Georgetown, IL). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 0-6.

Next, the Warriors confront the Armstrong Trojans (Armstrong, IL) in a Vermilion Valley outing, on Monday, April 17. Watseka will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Trojans go into the outing with a 6-4 record after their 13-3 league win over Schlarman (Danville, IL).
