The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Coronado Islanders (Coronado, CA) and the host Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA), saw Coronado's volleyball squad beat Canyon Hills by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Coronado upgrades its record to 11-15 on the year. The Islanders travel to Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA) to play the Barons in a non-league bout on Monday, April 17. The Barons go into the bout with a record of 13-11. Bonita Vista lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA)

The Rattlers now own a 9-11 record. They play next when they travel to Olympian for a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 18. Canyon Hills will play a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Central (El Centro, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-12.
