The Gabrielino Eagles topped the visiting La Canada Spartans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Eagles now have a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host South El Monte for a test on Tuesday, April 18. Gabrielino will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over El Monte (El Monte, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-16.

The Spartans (12-16) will now prepare for their test against Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA). The Lancers enter the non-league test with a 8-17 record. In their last test, Thousand Oaks gained a win over West Ranch (Valencia, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
