Turner Ashby Knights (Bridgewater, VA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Broadway Gobblers (Broadway, VA), 8-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights confront the Harrisonburg Blue Streaks (Harrisonburg, VA) in a Valley challenge, on Tuesday, April 18. Turner Ashby will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Blue Streaks enter the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 3-2 league win over Spotswood (Penn Laird, VA).

The Gobblers now have a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Staunton for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 19.
