The Vista Panthers crushed the visiting Valley Center Jaguars baseball team by a tally of 25-1 in Friday's league bout.
The Panthers now hold a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Escondido for a bout on Monday, April 17. Vista will face a Cougars team coming off a 23-7 league loss to Fallbrook (Fallbrook, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-6.
Next, the Jaguars face the El Camino Wildcats (Oceanside, CA) in a bout, on Monday, April 17. Valley Center will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Wildcats enter the bout with a 7-1 record after their 6-2 non-league win over San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA).
