Virginia High School Lacrosse - Deep Run drops to Collegiate

Collegiate Cougars (Richmond, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Deep Run Wildcats (Glen Allen, VA), 16-2 in a non-league battle.
The Cougars now have a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Benedictine for a VISAA Division 1 battle on Tuesday, April 18. Collegiate will clash with a Cadets squad coming off a 13-10 league win over Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA). The Cadets record now stands at 5-5.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Godwin Eagles (Richmond, VA) in a Colonial battle, on Thursday, April 20. Deep Run will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 5-1 record after their 10-3 non-league win over Mechanicsville (Mechanicsville, VA).
