Babylon Panthers (Babylon, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Amityville Memorial Warriors (Amityville, NY), 25-0 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host John Glenn for a challenge on Monday, April 17. Babylon will face a Knights squad coming off a 14-9 league win over Harborfields (Greenlawn, NY). The Knights record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Amityville Memorial falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to West Babylon (West Babylon, NY) to face the Eagles in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 18. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 0-3. West Babylon lost 7-1 in their recent league battle against Islip (Islip, NY)
