Andover Central Jaguars (Andover, KS) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Salina Central Mustangs (Salina, KS), 13-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Jaguars now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Goddard for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 18. Andover Central will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Arkansas City (Arkansas City, KS). The Lions record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Salina Central falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Eisenhower (Goddard, KS) to face the Tigers in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division II challenge on Friday, April 21. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 4-3.
