The Arlington Colts (Arlington, TX) softball routed the visiting Lamar Vikings (Arlington, TX), 21-1 in Friday's league bout.

The Colts (9-19) will now prepare for their bout against Martin (Arlington, TX). The Warriors go into the 6A Region I District 8 bout with a 8-12 record. In their last bout, Martin was routed by Mansfield (Mansfield, TX), 11-1, in a non-league bout.
