Illinois High School Softball - Belvidere falls to Hononegah

In Friday's league outing, the visiting Hononegah Indians softball team scored a nice 13-2 win over the Belvidere Bucs.

Coming up next, the Indians battle the Richmond-Burton Rockets (Richmond, IL) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 15. Hononegah will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Rockets enter the outing with a 8-2 record after their 18-0 league win over Woodstock (Woodstock, IL).

The Bucs (3-5) will now prepare for their outing against Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The Huskies enter the Northern Illinois NIC-9 outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Harlem ran past Jefferson (Rockford, IL), 14-0, in a league outing.
