The Buffalo Gap Bison routed the host Waynesboro Little Giants softball squad by a final score of 9-2 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Bison (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Covington (Covington, VA). The Cougars go into the non-league battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Covington was routed by Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV), 10-0, in a non-league battle.

The Little Giants now possess a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Defiance for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 18. Waynesboro will meet a Indians squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA). The Indians record now stands at 5-5.
