New Mexico High School Softball - Chaparral loses to Deming

The Deming Wildcats softball team scored 39 runs and limited the host Chaparral Lobos to 19 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Deming improves its record to 6-13 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Silver (Silver City, NM) to clash with the Fighting Colts in a 4A District 3 game on Tuesday, April 18. The Fighting Colts come into the game with a record of 16-4. Silver won 15-0 in their recent league game against Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM)
In their next game, the Lobos clash with the Santa Teresa Desert Warriors (Santa Teresa, NM) in a 4A District 3 game, on Tuesday, April 18. Chaparral will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record. The Desert Warriors come into the game with a 8-11 record after their 15-0 league loss to Silver (Silver City, NM).
