Massachusetts High School Softball - Chicopee Comp bounces Northampton

Chicopee Comp Colts (Chicopee, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Northampton Blue Devils (Northampton, MA), 15-2 in a league challenge.
The Colts now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Belchertown for a PVIAC - Valley Wheel challenge on Monday, April 17. Chicopee Comp will battle a Orioles squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Sabis International (Springfield, MA). The Orioles record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Northampton falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Minnechaug Regional (Wilbraham, MA) to battle the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 24. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 1-3.
