Thrall Tigers (Thrall, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Chilton Pirates (Chilton, TX), 17-1 in a league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 13-14 record. They take the field next when they host Granger for a 2A Region IV District 27 challenge on Saturday, April 15. Thrall will battle a Lions squad coming off a 25-0 league win over Chilton (Chilton, TX). The Lions record now stands at 14-8.

With the loss, Chilton falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Bartlett (Bartlett, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a 2A Region IV District 27 challenge on Saturday, April 15. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 2-20.
