North Pike Jaguars (Summit, MS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Clinton Arrows (Clinton, MS), 11-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Jaguars now own a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oak Grove for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 17. North Pike will face a Warriors squad coming off a 14-13 non-league win over Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS). The Warriors record now stands at 8-13.

With the loss, Clinton falls to 10-16 on the campaign. The Arrows travel to Puckett (Puckett, MS) to face the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Wolves enter the challenge with a record of 23-3. Puckett won 14-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Wesson (Wesson, MS)
