Ohio High School Softball - Shenandoah bounces Fort Frye

Shenandoah Zeps (Sarahsville, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Fort Frye Cadets (Beverly, OH), 4-0 in a league challenge.

The Zeps now own a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buckeye Local for a Ohio Valley Athletic AAA game on Saturday, April 15. Shenandoah will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 4-3 league loss to Barnesville (Barnesville, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 0-11.

In their next game, the Cadets clash with the Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 17. Fort Frye will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Big Blacks come into the game with a 4-5 record after their 12-3 non-league loss to Wahama (Mason, WV).
