The Southwest Dragons softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Harlandale Indians to 1 in the Dragons league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Southwest improves its record to 17-15 on the year. The Dragons travel to Southwest Legacy (Von Ormy, TX) to clash with the Titans in a 5A Region IV District 28 game on Monday, April 17. The Titans come into the game with a record of 0-24. Southwest Legacy lost 16-0 in their recent league game against Winn (Eagle Pass, TX)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the McCollum Cowboys (San Antonio, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 28 game, on Monday, April 17. Harlandale will attempt to improve on its 5-18 season record. The Cowboys come into the game with a 10-10 record after their 16-6 league loss to South San Antonio (San Antonio, TX).
