Texas High School Softball - Karnes City falls to Jourdanton

In Friday's league outing, the host Jourdanton Indians/Squaws softball team scored a nice 16-2 win over the Karnes City Badgers.

Coming up next, the Indians/Squaws battle the Holy Cross Knights (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 18. Jourdanton will attempt to advance on its 25-6 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA).

With the loss, Karnes City falls to 6-19 on the campaign. The Badgers host Poteet (Poteet, TX) to face the Aggies in a 3A Region IV District 27 challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Aggies enter the challenge with a record of 4-10. Poteet won 4-2 in their recent league challenge against Poth (Poth, TX)
