The Rock Hill Blue Hawks softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting McKinney Lions to 9 in the Blue Hawks league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Rock Hill improves its record to 11-15 on the year. The Blue Hawks host Boyd (McKinney, TX) to clash with the Broncos in a 6A Region I District 5 game on Tuesday, April 18. The Broncos come into the game with a record of 17-12. Boyd won 2-1 in their recent league game against Little Elm (Little Elm, TX)

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Guyer Wildcats (Denton, TX) in a 6A Region I District 5 game, on Tuesday, April 18. McKinney will attempt to improve on its 12-16 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 27-0 record after their 9-0 league win over Allen (Allen, TX).
