Pittsfield Panthers (Pittsfield, NH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Sunapee Lakers (Sunapee, NH), 11-6 in a league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 17.
With the loss, Sunapee falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to Nute (Milton, NH) to battle the Rams in a Division IV challenge on Monday, April 17. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
