Connecticut High School Baseball - Bethel holds off New Fairfield

The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Bethel Wildcats (Bethel, CT) and the host New Fairfield Rebels (New Fairfield, CT), saw Bethel's baseball team gain a win over New Fairfield by a tally of 4-0.

The Wildcats (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT). The Chiefs enter the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Nonnewaug held off Lakeview (Litchfield, CT), 7-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Rebels face the Brookfield Bobcats (Brookfield, CT) in a Southwest battle, on Wednesday, April 16. New Fairfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bobcats enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT).
