Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Northern Patriots (Owings, MD), 14-6 in a league match.

With the triumph, Chopticon advances its record to 9-1 on the season. The Braves travel to Great Mills (Great Mills, MD) to battle the Hornets in a Southern Maryland match on Monday, April 21. The Hornets come into the match with a record of 3-4.

The Patriots now have a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pikesville for a non-league match on Wednesday, April 16. Northern will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Sparrows Point (Baltimore, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 7-4.
