The Corinth Warriors (Corinth, MS) baseball trounced the visiting Oxford Chargers (Oxford, MS), 11-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 16-8 record. They take the field next when they host North Delta for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 15. Corinth will clash with a Green Wave team coming off a 13-2 league win over Marshall Academy (Holly Springs, MS). The Green Wave record now stands at 19-7.

With the defeat, Oxford drops to 14-11 on the year. The Chargers host Washington (Greenville, MS) to clash with the Generals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 15. The Generals go into the challenge with a record of 23-5. Washington won 7-3 in their recent league challenge against Manchester Academy (Yazoo City, MS)
