Oregon High School Baseball - Corvallis defeats South Albany

The Corvallis Spartans (Corvallis, OR) baseball trounced the host South Albany Redhawks (Albany, OR), 12-5 in Monday's league challenge.
The Spartans now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodburn for a 5A Mid-Willamette challenge on Wednesday, April 16. Corvallis will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 16-0 league loss to Central (Independence, OR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-7.
With the defeat, South Albany drops to 0-9 on the year. The Redhawks host Dallas (Dallas, OR) to play the Dragons in a 5A Mid-Willamette test on Wednesday, April 16. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 5-3. Dallas lost 8-1 in their recent league test against West Albany (Albany, OR)
