Arizona High School Baseball - Desert Vista holds off Millennium

The Desert Vista Thunder baseball team scored 8 runs and held the host Millennium Tigers to 4 in the Thunder league win on Monday.

The Thunder now hold a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Red Mountain for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 16. Desert Vista will play a Mountain Lions team coming off a 5-3 league loss to Mountain View (Mesa, AZ). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 1-10.

With the defeat, Millennium drops to 7-5 on the year. The Tigers travel to Sunnyslope (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Vikings in a test on Thursday, April 17. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 0-12. Sunnyslope lost 16-2 in their recent league test against Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ)
