The New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC) lacrosse routed the visiting Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots (Kinston, NC), 17-5 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Bears now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Croatan for a non-league outing on Thursday, April 17. New Bern will face a Cougars squad coming off a 12-5 non-league win over Ashley (Wilmington, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 8-7.
With the loss, Arendell Parrott Academy falls to 0-5 on the year. The Patriots host Cape Fear Academy (Wilmington, NC) to face the Hurricanes in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 15. The Hurricanes go into the outing with a record of 6-6. Cape Fear Academy lost 12-10 in their recent non-league outing against South Brunswick (Southport, NC)
