The Riverbend Bears (Fredericksburg, VA) lacrosse routed the host Massaponax Panthers (Spotsylvania, VA), 20-3 in Monday's league outing.

The Bears now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain View for a Commonwealth outing on Tuesday, April 22. Riverbend will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 17-3 league win over Massaponax (Spotsylvania, VA). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Massaponax falls to 0-7 on the year. The Panthers host Mountain View (Stafford, VA) to clash with the Wildcats in a Commonwealth challenge on Wednesday, April 16. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Mountain View won 12-10 in their recent league challenge against Stafford (Falmouth, VA)
