Fans at Monday's non-league test between the Ocean Township Spartans (Oakhurst, NJ) and the host Point Pleasant Beach Garnet Gulls (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ), witnessed Ocean Township's lacrosse squad overcome Point Pleasant Beach by a count of 15-7.

The Spartans (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Lacey Township (Lanoka Harbor, NJ). The Lions enter the Shore - Colonial test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Lacey Township thwarted Colts Neck (Colts Neck, NJ), 17-6, in a non-league test.

Next, the Garnet Gulls battle the Red Bank Catholic Caseys (Red Bank, NJ) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 15. Point Pleasant Beach will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Caseys enter the test with a 4-3 record after their 18-6 non-league loss to Shore Regional (West Long Branch, NJ).
