The Gig Harbor Tides baseball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Mount Tahoma T-Birds to 0 in the Tides non-league win on Monday.

The Tides now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Klahowya for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Gig Harbor will play a Eagles team coming off a 12-9 non-league win over Bremerton (Bremerton, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Mount Tahoma drops to 1-8 on the year. The T-birds host Eatonville (Eatonville, WA) to play the Cruisers in a non-league test on Thursday, April 17. The Cruisers go into the test with a record of 1-6. Eatonville lost 13-2 in their recent non-league test against Steilacoom (Steilacoom, WA)
