Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host San Diego Cavers (San Diego, CA), 13-1 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Point Loma advances its record to 9-3 on the season. The Pointers host La Jolla (La Jolla, CA) to play the Vikings in a Western game on Wednesday, April 16. The Vikings come into the game with a record of 4-3.

The Cavers now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Preuss UCSD for a Eastern game on Wednesday, April 16. San Diego will play a Tritons team coming off a 18-8 league win over Mission Bay (San Diego, CA). The Tritons record now stands at 6-1.
