The Crockett County Cavaliers soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Haywood Tomcats to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Monday.
The Cavaliers now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Dyersburg for a AA District 13 bout on Thursday, April 17. Crockett County will play a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Peabody (Trenton, TN). The Trojans record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Haywood moves to 1-7 on the year. The Tomcats travel to Ripley (Ripley, TN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, April 21. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Ripley lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Tipton-Rosemark Academy (Millington, TN)
