The crowd at Monday's league bout between the West Aurora Blackhawks (Aurora, IL) and the host Aurora East Tomcats (Aurora, IL), observed West Aurora's softball team prevail over Aurora East by a tally of 15-0.

The Blackhawks (6-3) will now prepare for their bout against South Elgin (South Elgin, IL). The Storm go into the Upstate Eight bout with a 8-3 record. In their last bout, South Elgin knocked off Elgin (Elgin, IL), 16-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Tomcats clash with the Larkin Royals (Elgin, IL) in a Upstate Eight bout, on Tuesday, April 15. Aurora East will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Royals go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 4-2 league loss to Bartlett (Bartlett, IL).
