The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Badger Badgers (Lake Geneva, WI) and the host Beloit Memorial Purple Knights (Beloit, WI), observed Badger's softball team get by Beloit Memorial by a tally of 6-2.

The Badgers (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Waukesha West (Waukesha, WI). The Wolverines go into the non-league bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Waukesha West tipped Mukwonago (Mukwonago, WI), 13-3, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Purple Knights clash with the Burlington Demons (Burlington, WI) in a Southern Lakes bout, on Tuesday, April 15. Beloit Memorial will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Demons go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 14-9 league win over Wilmot (Wilmot, WI).
