Michigan High School Softball - Chippewa Hills bounces Big Rapids

The Chippewa Hills Warriors (Remus, MI) softball routed the host Big Rapids Cardinals (Big Rapids, MI), 16-10 in Monday's league outing.

The Warriors now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newaygo for a Central State Activities Association-Gold outing on Wednesday, April 16. Chippewa Hills will encounter a Lions team coming off a 13-3 league win over Reed City (Reed City, MI). The Lions record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Big Rapids moves to 1-2 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Grant (Grant, MI) to encounter the Tigers in a Central State Activities Association-Gold outing on Wednesday, April 16. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 4-0. Grant won 26-6 in their recent league outing against Tri County Area (Howard City, MI)
