The Port Angeles Roughriders softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Bremerton Knights to 0 in the Roughriders league win on Monday.

The Roughriders now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kingston for a 2A Olympic battle on Thursday, April 17. Port Angeles will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Olympic (Bremerton, WA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Bremerton moves to 1-7 on the season. The Knights travel to Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA) to confront the Cougars in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 16. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 9-1. Central Kitsap won 14-1 in their recent non-league battle against River Ridge (Lacey, WA)
