Indiana High School Softball - Heritage Christian Victory Christian Academy

The Victory Christian Academy Lions overwhelmed the visiting Heritage Christian Defenders softball squad by a count of 13-6 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Hammond Academy of Science & Tech Hawks (Hammond, IN) in a South Shore Christian - East challenge, on Tuesday, April 15. Victory Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record.

The Defenders (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against DeMotte Christian (DeMotte, IN). The Knights go into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, DeMotte Christian held off Frontier (Chalmers, IN), 14-4, in a league challenge.
