The Maricopa Institute of Technology Iron Eagles softball team scored 17 runs and held the host Imagine Prep Coolidge Eagles to 13 in the Iron Eagles non-league win on Monday.

The Iron Eagles now possess a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Imagine Prep Superstition for a non-league battle on Thursday, April 17.

With the loss, Imagine Prep Coolidge moves to 3-10 on the season. The Eagles travel to Mission Heights Prep (Casa Grande, AZ) to confront the Phantoms in a CAA D2 Sahuaro battle on Tuesday, April 15. The Phantoms come into the battle with a record of 4-6. Mission Heights Prep won 14-6 in their recent non-league battle against Maricopa Institute of Technology (Phoenix, AZ)
