Alabama High School Softball - Pike County bounces Straughn

The Pike County Bulldogs (Brundidge, AL) softball routed the visiting Straughn Tigers (Andalusia, AL), 9-4 in Monday's league outing.

The Bulldogs now sport a 5-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Daleville for a non-league outing on Monday, April 14.

With the loss, Straughn moves to 14-15 on the season. The Tigers travel to New Brockton (New Brockton, AL) to encounter the Gamecocks in a 4A Area 4 outing on Tuesday, April 15. The Gamecocks come into the outing with a record of 4-19. New Brockton lost 8-0 in their recent league outing against Straughn (Andalusia, AL)
